ALL ITEMS ARE FROM OFFICIAL AND LICENSED WHOLESALERS

ITEMS ARE PERSONALISED THURSDAYS AND POSTED MONDAYS WEEKLY (UNLESS NOTIFIED OTHERWISE) you have also understood how items are personalised

Postage:

All items are posted 1st class with Royal Mail except for small items for example keyrings, dummy clips, lunch bags etc will be posted 2nd class

Any items over the value of £25.00 will be sent Recorded Delivery which will require a signature.

Large and heavy items are sent via My Hermes- You will be notified and a tracking number will be supplied to you.

Royal Mail 1st class is next day delivery, however, please allow 3-5 days before contacting us about your order, for My Hermes, and please allow 5 days for delivery before contacting us.

Please ensure you give the correct postal address, including postcode and house number when ordering. I send items to delivery address that are entered on the 'delivery address' part of the website  I will not be held responsible for wrong information given eg wrong house number, postcode etc.

Delivery:

Delivery is available throughout the UK, if you require your items to be posted outside the UK, please contact us and we will do our best to help

Returns:

Please note, that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty - this is detailed in the Distance Selling Act. However, please contact us if there are any problems with your items and we will do our best to help. PLEASE NOTE - no refunds or exchanges after 3 weeks of purchase. Also if you are sending an item back to me please be aware that I will not refund cost of posting the item back.

Items Lost in Post:

In the very rare occurrence of any orders 'going missing' in the Royal Mail post, there is a fifteen day waiting period before a claim can be made to the Royal Mail.  Please let me know as soon as possible if you suspect your item has been lost in the post.

Care of your Items:

Please take care when opening your personalised items, as they are packaged well with tape and bubble wrap to ensure items are not ripped or damaged during transit.
